This uses the barely released Dr. Shagetz (1975), which involved a mad doctor helping to keep a town of elderly people alive, as its backbone. Around 1983/84 the original film was edited down considerably and many new exploitative scenes were shot (by Mardi Rustam) and added to the works. These involve a pair of perverted mechanics hassling and kidnapping female campers (including large-breasted Playboy centerfold Lynda Wiesmeier) before delivering them to a sinister clinic.
